Dear valued customer:

As the nation and world address the developing Covid-19 pandemic, the Iowa Soybean Association remains Driven To Deliver on behalf of soybean producers, staff, clients and industry stakeholders.

While our office currently remains open for business (7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. weekdays), we are closely monitoring recommendations provided by state and federal officials and prepared to implement virtual officing as part of our vigorous business continuity plans.

In the meantime, additional measures have been implemented by ISA to help safeguard the well-being of staff, their families and our customers including:

  • Discontinuation of all domestic and international travel by staff and farmer leaders;
  • Cancellation/postponement of all meetings and events;
  • Cancellation of internal meetings with outside guests greater than a couple of people;
  • Guidance to staff to reconsider and cancel/postpone all other non-essential, non-business travel; and
  • Rigorous cleaning of high touch points throughout the office

As we actively monitor this emerging issue, ISA remains focused on providing outstanding services to Iowa’s 38,000 soybean farmers. For immediate assistance, call 515-251-8640; you can also access any member of the ISA team courtesy of our online directory at There you’ll find phone and e-mail addresses for all ISA personnel (click on “About” then select “Staff Listing”). We’ll also continue to post updates and additional information about the coronavirus and its impact on the soybean industry on ISA’s digital, print, broadcast and e-communications channels.

On behalf of the ISA team, we thank you for your patience and understanding as we evolve our business to serve yours during these uncertain times. We also salute our dedicated elected leaders, agricultural and law enforcement officials, health care professionals and first responders for their tireless efforts to protect the health and well-being of all Iowans.
