Soy Squad

Soy Squad is a unique opportunity for collegiate students looking to gain insight into associations, specifically the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA). The Soy Squad meets four to five times a year with the topics of discussion including, but not limited to: ISA overview, research, demand, policy, education, and personal/professional development.

Requirements:

  • Have the ability to attend all regular scheduled meetings.
  • Must be attending a two or four year college/university in the state of Iowa.
  • Pursuing a major in an agriculture/agriculture related field.

2022-23 Schedule

The Soy Squad will plan to meet on the following dates.

     Session 1:      November 2, 2022 (ISA Office, Ankeny, Iowa)
     Session 2:      January 31 - February 1, 2023 (Soy Summit, Des Moines, Iowa)
     Session 3:      February 16, 2023 (Innovation to Profit, FFA Enrichment Center, Ankeny, Iowa)
     Session 4:      March 23-24, 2023 (TBD)

Cost
ISA will cover all lodging and meal expenses.
