Paving the Way in Relay Cropping and Water Quality

Relay Cropping is a conservation practice which can be managed to bring benefits to a farmer’s cash crop, soil and their bottom line all from year one. The city of Cedar Rapids is leading the state through a unique partnership with farmers.
