Drought predictions this growing season

Much of Iowa will be under a classic LaNina during this growing season. Justin Glisan, Iowa state climatologist, says that Iowa is in the middle of a weather pattern that could produce drought conditions in the west and above normal precipitation in the east. Glisan spoke with "The State of Soy" to share what this means for agriculture.
