Through storytelling, Rebekah drives strategic momentum both internally at ISA and industry-wide. Her role includes a special focus on water quality initiatives.

Rebekah is a true “boomerang” Iowan, returning to Iowa after gaining life and career experience in California, Alabama, Texas, and Colorado. She traded mountains for farmland because of the kind people and strong communities that make Iowa feel like home.

Prior to joining ISA, Rebekah was an Edward R Murrow Award-winning news anchor. She then led communications strategy for ISA partner, Iowa Ag Water Alliance.

Rebekah earned her undergrad and MBA degrees from the University of Iowa, but her greatest lessons come from the farm. She grew up on a family homestead where imagination, hard work, and humility were demonstrated daily, and those values continue to guide her work at ISA.
