Project Coordinator

Michael is the Project Coordinator for the Operations team at the Iowa Soybean Association. He coordinates projects that improve operational efficiency across the organization, supporting process improvement, workflow automation and business systems that help teams work more effectively. His work includes managing cross-functional projects, developing automation solutions and improving internal processes to support ISA staff and farmer programs.

Michael graduated from Missouri State University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Physics. Drawn to operations because he enjoys solving complex problems and building practical systems, he focuses on creating processes that are efficient, scalable and easy for others to use. Outside of work, Michael enjoys golfing, playing soccer and chess.
