With extensive experience in administrative support, project coordination, event management, and outreach, Leigh plays a pivotal role in managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, processing communications, and supporting RCFI’s outreach and engagement efforts. She is dedicated to improving operations, enhancing engagement, and advancing the mission of ISA Research and Conservation through efficient, collaborative support.

Outside of work, Leigh is an active member of the Iowa Chapter of Blue Star Mothers of America, contributing to the chapter’s communications, outreach, and community service efforts. She is deeply committed to supporting Iowa’s military community and honoring and supporting Gold Star Families throughout the state.
