Mickayla Jordan

Marketing Manager

Mickayla serves as the Marketing Manager for the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA), where she works closely with ISA partners to drive engagement and increase soy promotion. Through strategic marketing and special events, she raises awareness of soy relevance and value among key audiences. She also builds brand awareness by coordinating ISA's advertising efforts across digital, print and broadcast platforms.

Additionally, she manages the annual ISA Leadership Awards Program and Banquet, recognizing the farmers and industry leaders who are making a difference in the soybean industry. 

Mickayla graduated from Iowa State University in May of 2023 with a degree in Agricultural Communications.
