Aaron serves as Chief Officer of Brand Management and Engagement for the Iowa Soybean Association.

In this role, Aaron leads the 16-person Information & Education team driven to deliver timely and actionable information and programming improving farmer profitability and elevating soy’s relevance to every life every day. The team is also responsible for strengthening the Iowa Soybean Association’s brand among farmers, industry stakeholders and ag, food, industrial, and community influencers.

He also serves as a spokesperson for ISA and the soybean industry, runs point on strategic alliances with more than 30 partners vested in the soybean industry, and serves as a liaison between the soybean industry and influential publics.

He earned degrees in communications, public relations and journalism from the University of Northern Iowa. He’s an accredited public relations (APR) practitioner and holds a Supervisory Leadership Certificate from Drake University.

Aaron is a popular public speaker, work-life coach and the author of two books. He’s a member of the Waukee Rotary, Iowa Public Relations Society of America and St. Francis of Assisi Knights of Columbus (West Des Moines) and volunteer for Walnut Creek Baseball League of Clive, Iowa. He enjoys traveling, gardening, grilling, and spending time with family. Aaron and his wife Crystal and children Garrett, Grant and Jaelyn (JAY-lin) live in Waukee.
