Denitrifying bioreactors: Moving beyond proof of concept to optimization, implementation

Bioreactors have proven themselves as a best practice for effectively removing nitrates from agricultural runoff before it reaches our watersheds. However, scientists are still guring out how to optimize them, especially during the early spring. This article provides an overview of the state of
