JOIN THE IOWA SOYBEAN ASSOCIATION FOR A TOUR OF THE SOY BASICS CANDLE CO.

 

URBANDALE, Iowa - The Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) invites you to attend a tour of the Soy Basics Candle Company, on March 27.

ISA will be touring the soy candle manufacturing facilities of the Soy Basics Candle Company in New Hampton, Iowa, on March 27 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Soy Basics, maker of BeanPod™ candles, is one of the largest soy candle manufacturers in the country. Attendees will have the chance to tour Soy Basics’ unique manufacturing facility, watch soy candles being made and visit the one-of-a-kind gift shop. There is no charge to attend this event, but it is limited to 50 people so RSVP right away.

This is a Travel to Treasure Event, so don’t forget to bring your “Travel to Treasure: Iowa’s Soy Tours” passport. If you do not have a passport, you can pick one up at the event.

 
The Iowa Soybean Association develops policies and programs that help farmers expand profit opportunities while promoting environmentally sensitive production using the soybean checkoff and other resources. The Association is governed by an elected volunteer board of 21 farmers.
