| Ingredients |
| 1 cup butter |
| 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
| 1 egg yolk |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1 - 1/2 cup all purpose flour, loosely packed |
| 1/2 cup soy flour, loosely packed |
| 14 ounces milk chocolate, melted |
| 3/4 cup chopped nuts |
1. Cream butter; add next 6 ingredients and blend.
2. Spread into a lightly greased 10 x 15 x 1 inch pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Watch carefully because it browns quickly. Let cool slightly and then spread with melted chocolate; sprinkle with chopped nuts.
4. Cool. Cut into small bars. Yield about 6 dozen.
