| Ingredients |
| 1-16 oz can cream style corn |
| 1 cup cracker crumbs (about 20 saltine crackers crushed) |
| 1/3 cup diced celery |
| 1 teaspoon diced onion |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 2 eggs beaten |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 1/2 cup soymilk, plain |
| 1/2 cup milk |
| 1 cup shelled edamame |
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
