| Ingredients |
| 2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans, including liquid |
| 3 small cloves garlic |
| 8 oz Silken soft tofu |
| 1/4 c plus 1 T tahini (sesame seed paste) |
| 1/4 c fresh lemon juice |
| 3 T water |
1. Drain garbanzo beans, reserving 1/4 c liquid
2. Position knife blade in food processor bowl
3. Drop garlic through food chute with processor running and process 3 seconds or until minced
4. Add garbanzo beans, reserved liquid and remaining ingredients
5. Process 3 minutes or until smooth
