Friday, September 8: Ed Ulch, John Heisdorffer, Larry Marek, Randy VanKooten, Dennis Bogaards, Matt Caswell and Grant Kimberley went to the Iowa Speedway to promote Soy Biodiesel and the upcoming race live on the Big Show. Representatives from Sully Coop, REG and Southern Iowa Bioenergy also joined us to help promote biodiesel. WHO broadcast the entire Big Show live from pit row and ran laps on the track with the Biodiesel 250 Pace Truck and the Bean Machine. Mark Pearson did live interviews as we were racing around the track with our directors in biodiesel powered vehicles. It was a great show and great PR for Biodiesel and the race. We also promoted the biodiesel promotion at the Kum in Go at Grinnell. Everyone did a great job. Special thanks to the Speedway and WHO radio for lining up this additional opportunity to promote the Iowa Soybean Association, Soy Biodiesel and the Race.
