Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Iowa Soybean Association, helping to assure that the long-range strategic plan and the annual business plan are effectively and efficiently implemented. Of critical importance is the coordination and integration of the efforts of a very progressive and diverse team of staff professionals. In partnership with the CFO, ensure that the organization has the necessary administrative and reporting procedures in place in order to maintain and enhance the financial strength and growth of the association.
