Develops and implements marketing strategies to meet the needs of ISA program areas Environmental, Soyfoods, Biodiesel, International, Producer Services and Iowa Food and Family Project programs. Supports and facilitates development and implementation marketing plans to determine the demand for products and services offered by the ISA, balancing association objectives and perceived value in countryside with farmers, producers and potential customers. Cate also develops marketing and communication initiatives for clients outside of the ISA and oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and establishes and implements all marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
