Effectively invest our resources to enhance the lives of soybean farmers, our communities and our customers. This is accomplished through our actions concerning state and national policy, research, domestic and international markets, and our effort to improve the environment. Our attention to developing a relationship with Iowa soybean farmers is strengthening our awareness of important issues and has enhanced our ability to respond to them.

the needs of our customers.
(Information and Education) Increase engagement with farmers and other stakeholders while expanding awareness of ISA through communications, marketing and producer services.
(Organizational) Strengthen the ability of ISA
to meet its goals and objectives while improving operations.
