Roger Wolf
Director of Environmental Programs & ServicesRoger is responsible for the design, development and administration of Environmental Programs and Services and all of its projects and initiatives. He works to build successful collaborations with partners and provides assistance with educational and policy efforts on conservation and the environment.

Senior Program & Resource AdvisorVictoria helps the Environmental Programs and Services (EPS) director and staff develop and articulate strategic program concepts which forward their mission, position programs to maximize support opportunities, and secure partnerships and funding support to implement projects.

Tony Seeman
Watershed Management SpecialistTony implements ISA EPS’s and ACWA's water monitoring work-plans in designated watersheds. He's responsible for recruiting and training certified samplers, collection of water samples, documentation, site characterization and operation of water quality equipment in the field. Tony also employs Geographic Information System (GIS) expertise for natural resource management.

Keegan Kult
MS, Environmental ScienceWatershed Management Specialist
Keegan assists in the research and water monitoring for ISA’s Environmental Programs and Services. He is responsible for developing and implementing monitoring plans to better understand environmental performance and nutrient dynamics. Keegan also coordinates and conducts outreach, design, implementation, monitoring and management of bioreactors.

Todd Sutphin

Todd assists with the implementation of Environmental Programs and Services in Iowa watersheds. He provides technical assistance in organized watersheds, conducting assessments, facilitating planning meetings, writing watershed plans, and working with stakeholders to implement, evaluate and revise the watershed plans.

Chris Jones
PhD, Analytical ChemistryEnvironmental Scientist
Chris provides technical assistance and operational support for diverse environmental analyses of grant and for fee contracts, environmental projects, project management, action plans and applied research. This includes responsibility for operation and management of the ISA testing laboratory.

Martha Zwonitzer
Technical Assistance ManagerMartha manages the successful implementation of programs providing conservation and environmental technical assistance to farmers. She is responsible for managing the CEMSA program and the multi-state STAARS Initiative (Strategies Targeting American Agricultural Resources and Sustainability), including overseeing development and implementation of ADAPT (Agricultural Data Analysis and Planning Tool).

Heath Ellison
Certified Crop AdvisorResource Management Specialist
Heath provides technical assistance to farmers enrolled in ISA EPS projects, from recruiting them for participation to guiding them through development and implementation of CEMSA plans. His work is currently focused in the Boone River watersheds that are part of the Cooperative Conservation for Watershed Health project. He played a leading role in the early development and piloting of the CEMSA planning tool.
