NBB Biodiesel Tax Incentive Update
Last week the U.S. Senate failed to close the debate on the revised Baucus substitute amendment to H.R. 4213, which includes the extension of the biodiesel tax incentive. It was anticipated the Senate would continue consideration of H.R. 4213 this week.
