ISA holds state policy conference

ISA held its state policy conference on Dec. 10 in spite of less than cooperative weather. ISA directors and elected delegates from each of the state’s nine districts braved frigid temperatures and met in Ankeny to discuss and vote on policy issues for the 2010 Iowa Legislative Session as well as the U.S. Congress.

Biodiesel tax incentive action alert

The biodiesel tax incentive will expire on Dec. 31, 2009. It is imperative that Congress extend the incentive before adjourning for the year. ASA and ISA urge you to call your Senators and Representative and stress that the biodiesel tax incentive extension must be enacted before Congress adjourns for the year.
