1.
In a large skillet, brown Bratos*
2. Cut bread into cubes
3. In
an 8 x 12-in baking dish, evenly spread Bratos over bread
4. Top with shredded cheese
5. In
a mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard until evenly
combined. Pour over sausage mixture
6. Cover and refrigerate
for 3 to 24 hours
7. Bake, covered, in a
preheated 325 degree oven for 30 minutes
8. Uncover, bake for 30
minutes more or till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
9. Let stand for 10 minutes
before serving
*You can substitute soy sausage crumbles instead of Bratos if you prefer
