Decription of Prize: 2007 Polaris Sportsman 500 EFI. No purchase necessary. For a chance to win, simply attend an official Iowa Soybean Association District event between November 15, 2007 and July 31, 2008 and register. Need not be a member of the Iowa Soybean Association. But must be a soybean producer who has paid the soybean checkoff within the past two years. Must be 21 years of age and a Resident of Iowa. Need not be present at drawing to win. Conditions: Winner must pay all sales taxes and registration fees on the prize received, and must present evidence of registration before accepting delivery. Winner is responsible for income tax payable, including if applicable federal withholding tax at the time of award. Winner will complete a Form W-9 upon award of the prize. ISA will issue a Form 1099-MISC as required by the Internal Revenue Code. Winner gives the Iowa Soybean Association permission to announce and publish his and companion’s name and photos for promotional purposes. Winner will be required to keep all promotional graphics on the prize. Iowa Soybean Association employees and Directors are ineligible. Each Prize is funded by the Iowa Soybean Association and the Iowa Soybean Checkoff.
